Work fatigue is a common problem that is most often encountered in the workforce. Inappropriate workload and unbalanced energy intake can cause complaints of fatigue while working. The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of physical and mental workload and energy intake on the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mega Buana Hospital, Palopo City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design and uses a total sampling technique. The sample in this study was the entire number of nurses who met the criteria, 50 people. Data collection was carried out through direct measurements and interviews. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test and multivariate analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression test. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of physical workload (p-value 0.001) with a t-value of 8.294 > 1.679 and mental workload (p-value 0.003) with a t-value of 7.513 > 1.679 on the level of work fatigue. There is a negative and significant effect of energy intake (p-value 0.001) with a t value of -8.026 > -1.679 on the level of work fatigue. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test analysis showed that the R Square value was 0.952 or 95.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that 95.2% of the causes of work fatigue levels can be explained through the variables of physical workload, mental workload and energy intake in nurses at Mega Buana Palopo Hospital
