In implementing self-medication, good knowledge is needed to avoid errors in drug use. One of the minor illnesses that often occurs among people is stomach ulcers.The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of community knowledge in carrying out self-medication for ulcer medication (gastritis) in Padang Ma'bud Village, Bua Ponrang District.The research method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling, with the number of samples used being 65 people who met the inclusion criteria. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with Guttman scale answer choices which have been tested as valid.Data analysis used IMB SPSS version 25, statistical analysis in this study used the Chi Square statistical test. The results of the analysis show that the p value obtained is 0.143 > 0.05, which means there is no relationship. Adolescence is the stage between childhood and adulthood. Growth and development during adolescence is very rapid, both physically and psychologically. The reproductive organs in adolescents begin to function. One of the characteristics of puberty is the start of menstruation in women. Dysmenorrhea is pain felt in the lower abdomen or cramps before menstruation which lasts 2-3 days, starting the day before menstruation starts.This research will be carried out at Palopo Frater High School in 2023. The method used in this research is an experimental approach, which aims at a research design used to look for cause and effect to analyze the effect of giving warm water compresses on reducing menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) at Frater High School Palopo. The sample in this study was 34 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling. This type of research uses pre-experimental, with a one group pretest-posttest design type.The results of this research showed that the dysmenorrhea pain scale before warm water compresses were applied was on a severe scale, namely 23 respondents (68.6%) and a moderate scale of 8 respondents (23.5%). After applying a warm water compress, the mild pain scale was obtained, namely 30 respondents (88.2%). The resulting P value is 0.001 (<0.05), so Ha is accepted. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all health workers who were involved in SSC compliance in the Mega Buana Hospital operating room. The number of samples used was 34 health worker/nurse respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling. Data analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate with the statistical test being the Chi Square Test. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge factors and the application of the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) (p value = 0.015), there is a relationship between motivation factors and the application of the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) (p value = 0.001), there is a relationship between perception factors and application of the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) (p value = 0.001), there is a relationship between supervision factors and the application of the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) (p value = 0.001) and there is a relationship between disciplinary factors and the application of the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) (p value = 0.005). Inappropriate workload and unbalanced energy intake can cause complaints of fatigue while working. The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of physical and mental workload and energy intake on the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mega Buana Hospital, Palopo City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design and uses a total sampling technique. The sample in this study was the entire number of nurses who met the criteria, 50 people. Data collection was carried out through direct measurements and interviews.The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test and multivariate analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression test. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of physical workload (p-value 0.001) with a t-value of 8.294 > 1.679 and mental workload (p-value 0.003) with a t-value of 7.513 > 1.679 on the level of work fatigue. There is a negative and significant effect of energy intake (p-value 0.001) with a t value of -8.026 > -1.679 on the level of work fatigue. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test analysis showed that the R Square value was 0.952 or 95.2%. The high cases of anemia are closely related to adolescent compliance in consuming Iron Tablets (Fe), where 8.3 million out of 12.1 million of our female adolescent friends do not consume Iron Tablets (Fe) which puts them at risk of anemia. The colors of liptint preparations tend to be brighter so as to increase attractiveness to consumers. Anthocyanins are natural dyes produced by plants that can be used instead of synthetic dyes. The skin of mangosteen fruit (Garcinia mangostana Linn) has a high anthocyanin content so it has the potential to be used as a natural dye.</em> <em>This study aims to determine whether mangosteen peel extract (Garcinia mangostana Linn) can be used as a natural dye in liptint preparations and can meet the requirements of the physical properties of liptint preparations. This research uses experimental methods and in the process of extracting mangosteen fruit peels using maceration methods. This study aims to determine the relationship between income and macronutrient intake and the nutritional status of children aged 12-59 months. This research is quantitative research, with a cross sectional approach using the chi square test. The samples in the research were children aged 12-59 months in the work area of the West Wara Health Center, Palopo City. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling technique so that 65 samples of children under five were obtained. Data collection was carried out using the interview method with a 2×24 hour recall questionnaire to determine the toddler's food intake and measure the toddler's weight. The results of this study showed that the malnutrition status of children aged 12-59 months was 43.1%, energy nutrient intake was 30.8%, protein 32.3%, fat 32.2% and carbohydrates 23.1%. Based on statistical tests, it shows that there is a relationship between energy intake p=0.002, protein p=0.007, fat p=0.001 and carbohydrate p=0.008. However, there is no significant relationship between parents' income and the nutritional status of toddlers, p=0.185. The application of color is very important to improve the quality of Liptint preparations, one of the plants that can be used as a natural dye is kecombrang flower extract (Etlingera elatior (Jack)). This research aims to make a Lip-tint preparation from kecombrang flower extract (Etlingera elatior (Jack)) as a natural coloring agent and antioxidant to ward off free radicals and to evaluate the preparation so that it meets the requirements for a good Lip-tint preparation so that it does not cause irritation. The type of research carried out was experimental. which was carried out by designing, formulating, and evaluating the Liptint preparation as a natural dye in the use of kecombrang flower extract (Etlingera elatior (Jack) with concentrations, 5%, 15%, and 25% as well as analyzing the organoleptic properties, pH, spreadability test, spreadability test, irritation and stability. From the results of the research carried out, it was concluded that dyes from kecombrang flower extract (Etlingera elatior (Jack)) can be formulated in liptint preparations as natural dyes and have an appropriate pH, spreadability, good spreadability, and do not cause irritation. However, there are still some people who do not know about the types of traditional medicine and how to differentiate between legal and illegal traditional medicine preparations.</em> <em>This research aims to determine the effect of providing leaflets on community knowledge about traditional medicine in Pongsoe Hamlet, Pongko Village, North Walenrang District.</em> <em>This research method is quasi-experimental research (quazi experiment), with a one group pretest and posttest design. The research was conducted by measuring the difference in knowledge before and after providing intervention in the form of counseling with the help of leaflet media to one group of respondents. This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of kitolod (Laurentia longiflora) leaf extract using the plate method (agar diffusion), using Nutrient Agar (NA) medium against Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. First, the kitolod leaf sample was extracted using the meseration method for 5 days, the weight of the extract obtained was 2.1 grams. To test the inhibitory power of the extract obtained, 3 variations of concentration were made, namely 10%, 20% and 30% and amoxicillin as a positive control on Nutrient Agar (NA) medium which was incubated for 24 hours at 370C. The results of this test show that the ethanol extract of Kitolod leaves (Laurentialongflora) can inhibit the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the average diameter of the 10% concentration being 10 mm, the 20% concentration being 12.33 mm, the 30% concentration being 14.33 mm and the average diameter of the barrier being The largest average produced by the positive control (amoxicillin) was 20 mm. The results of statistical analysis using the Analysis of Variant (ANOVA) method followed by the Least Significant Difference (BNT) test and also the results of data analysis using SPSS version 22 showed a real difference in effect between the positive control amoxicillin and kitolod leaf extract with concentrations of 10%, 20% , 30%. The results of the research show that the informants' knowledge about posyandu is a means of knowing their child's growth and development. Forms of service include family planning services, nutrition, immunization, diarrhea management, vitamin administration. It is easy to reach the posyandu and the services received are as expected. If the child's immunization is complete, mothers will still come to monitor their child's development. Availability of health services, there are still posyandu buildings that have not been completed, inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as tables and chairs are still lacking. The form of family support is by being reminded and accompanied to the Posyandu. Work accidents and work-related illnesses occur because there is a potential source of danger that triggers their occurrence. Work accidents and work-related diseases are caused by 5 (five) potential sources of danger consisting of work tools, work materials, work methods, work environment and humans themselves. One way to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases is to implement SMK3 properly. In implementing SMK3, companies must apply 5 (five) SMK3 principles consisting of Determining K3 Policy, K3 Planning, Implementing K3 plans, Monitoring and Evaluation of K3 Performance and Reviewing and Improving SMK3 Performance. <strong>Objective: </strong>To find out how the occupational safety and health management system is implemented at PT. Pelindo Regional 4 Makassar Branch. <strong>Method:</strong> The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data obtained through observation, interviews and analysis of documents. And secondary data comes from books, journals and previous research. <strong>Results:</strong> Based on interviews and audit results conducted at PT. Pelindo Regional 4 Makassar Branch, it was found that the implementation of SMK3 with a satisfactory percentage level was found in the principles of K3 policy, K3 Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of K3 Performance.
