Factors Associated with Client Anxiety to Process Hospitalization in General Hospital Sawerigading Palopo

Abstract

An acute infectious disease that attacks one part and or more of the airways starting from the nose (upper channel) to the alveoli (lower channel) including adnexanya tissue such as sinus, middle ear cavity and pleura. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge and smoking habits of family members with ARI in the Kamanre Health Center, Kamanre District, Luwu Regency. The study used was a cross sectional study, the use of samples in this study was a study using the accidental sampling method. The results of this study are as follows: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of ARI in the Kamanre Health Center, Kamanre District, Luwu Regency with a value of p = 0.009. There is a correlation between smoking habits of family members with ARI in Kamanre Health Center, Kamanre District, Luwu Regency with p value: 0.009. By paying attention to the results of the above research, pay attention to the importance of knowledge about ARI in order to be able to prevent and recognize ARI disease earlier and it is recommended to family members to reduce or stop smoking.
