GAMBARAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN YANG MENGGUNAKAN KONTRASEPSI IMPLAN DI PKM LAMASI TAHUN 2020

Abstract

The  research was cconducted in puskesmasi june 2020. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness is of hypertensive usein pantients using kontrasepsi implants in PKM lamation. This research is backed by a number of mothers who use implant contraceptives that have a history of hypertension an to consume antihypertensivedrugs.The type of research used is a descriptive study of the cross-selection method. Data collection is carried out with a questionnaire spread to 32 patients. With sampling techriques that ust a total sampling.The results obtained werw respondents who were most involved in this study were respondents aged 30-39 years as many as 22 (68,8%) people, the most respondents’ education was elementary school (SD) as many as 24 (75,0%) respondents. Based on the effectiveness of antihypertension used by patients who use KB implants, there are 20 patients (61,56%) who improved while there were 12 (33,44%) patients who did not iprove.From the results of the study can be cocluded that the use of antihypertensive drugs in patients who have a history of hypertension and use of implant contraceptives effective in lowering blood pressure.
