Analysis Of Compliance Factors Towards Posyandu Visits For Toddlers At Liukang Tangaya Health Center, Pangkajene And Kepulauan Districts

Posyandu is a form of Community Resource Health Effort (UKBM) which is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community in implementing health development, in order to empower the community and make it easier for the community to obtain health services. This research aims to analyze the determinant factors for the use of posyandu services for toddlers at the Liukang Tangaya Community Health Center, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted in the work area of ??the Liukang Tangaya Community Health Center, Pangkep Regency in May-July 2024. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, namely health workers, posyandu cadres and parents of toddlers. The data collection method is through in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the research show that the informants' knowledge about posyandu is a means of knowing their child's growth and development. Forms of service include family planning services, nutrition, immunization, diarrhea management, vitamin administration. It is easy to reach the posyandu and the services received are as expected. If the child's immunization is complete, mothers will still come to monitor their child's development. Availability of health services, there are still posyandu buildings that have not been completed, inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as tables and chairs are still lacking. The form of family support is by being reminded and accompanied to the Posyandu. Training efforts are needed for cadres to improve posyandu services.
