FACTORS AFFECTING THE HEALING PROCESS OF CAESAREAN SURGERY IN BOUGENVILLE ROOM SAWERIGADING PALOPO HOSPITAL

Sectio caesarea is a labor process that is carried out by giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen to deliver the fetus from the cervix. Factors that influence the postoperative wound healing process are divided into two, namely internal and external factors. This research was conducted at Sawerigading Palopo Hospital. The type of research used was observational with a cross sectional study approach, with the aim of knowing the relationship between nutritional status, early mobilization and knowledge with the wound healing process of Caesarean section. The sample in this study were post-sectio caesarea mothers with the Slovin Sampling method with a total of 46 samples of respondents. The results showed that the nutritional status of the mother was related to the healing process of caesarean section wounds with a p value (0.00) < 0.05, early mobilization was related to the healing process of caesarean section wounds with p (0.00) < 0.05, and knowledge was related to the healing process of caesarean section wounds with p value (0.00) < 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of maternal nutritional status, early mobilization and knowledge on the wound healing process for caesarean section in the bougenville room of Sawerigading Palopo Hospital. It is hoped that the relevant agencies can provide efforts to improve the quality of health services in post sectio caesarea patients
