Abstract

Patient satisfaction with services is an important factor in developing a service delivery system that is responsive to customer needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction and nursing services. The research design used was analytic descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 50 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate using the Chi Square statistical test. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between nurse attitudes and patient satisfaction with p = 0.023, while the relationship between health service facilities and patient satisfaction also showed a significant relationship with p = 0.007. It is suggested to the Hospital to continue to improve the skills and attitudes of health workers, especially nursing staff and also improve health service facilities both in terms of quality and quantity.
