Analysis Of The Level Of Knowledge And Behavior Of The Community About Self-Medicatation During The Covid-19 Pandemic In To'bulung Village,Palopo City

Self-medicating is one of the people's main choices for treating diseases. This can be seen from the results of a socioeconomic survey in 2014 which showed that 61.05% of the population did self-medicating to cure the disease suffered. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and community behavior with self-education during the Covid-19 Pandemic in To'bulung Village, Palopo City.The research method is analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach, which was carried out in To'bulung Village, Palopo City in May and June 2022.The number of samples as many as 30 were taken by Purposive sampling. Data collection instruments use questionnaires.Data analysis univariately and bivariately with SPSS processing with a ? confidence level (0.05). The results of this study showed that there was no relationship of the level of public knowledge towards Selfmedication with a value of ? = 0.017 < ? = 0.05 and no relationship of public behavior towards Selfmedication with a value of ? = 0.0796 < ? = 0.05.It is expected that there will be further research with the same design but different populations and research subjects in sufficient quantities as well as for longer research. So it is considered sufficient to see some variables related to self-medicating during the Covid-19 Pandemic
