Abstract

Immunization is one way to provide immunity to infants and children against various diseases, so that with immunization is expected to infants and children continue to grow in good health. As naturally as the body already has a defense against various germs that enter (Rizani, 2019) In 2018 the Ministry of Health recorded only 87.8% of children who received complete basic immunization. This means that there are 12% of Indonesian children who have not received complete basic immunization, even about 1% have not received any immunizations at all.This research was conducted in Kendekan village, Kec. Walenrang Timur luwu district in 2020, the type of research used was cross sectional, with the aim to determine the relationship between knowledge of attitudes and perceptions of mothers to immunization compliance. The sample in this study is mothers who have children under five taken from the population who meet the research criteria taken by the method of acceidental / convenient sample of 44 respondents.The results showed that knowledge is related to immunization compliance with a p value (0.002) <of 0.05 attitudes related to maternal compliance in immunization with a p value (0.014) <of 0.05 and perceptions related to maternal compliance with immunization with a value of p (0.001) <of 0.05 It is expected to continue to increase motivation, ability and knowledge related to the complete basic immunization of salain, nurses are also able to increase education about complete basic immunization and the importance of completing basic immunization to posyandu cadre mothers, patients and families
