The Relationship Between Workload, Stress Level And Nurses’ Attitudes In Implementing Nursing Care In The Flamboyant And Room At SawerigadingHospital In Palopo City Years 2019

Abstract

The implementation of nursing care is carried out in an effort to improve health, disease prevention, healing, recovery and health care with an emphasis on health care efforts, according to the authority, responsibility and ethics of the nursing profession so as to enable each individual to achieve healthy living skills. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload, stress level and attitudes of nurses in implementing nursing care in the Flamboyant and Orchid room at Sawerigading Palopo Regional Hospital in 2019.
This research was conducted in Sawerigading Regional Hospital, Palopo City in 2019. This type of research is analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The number of nurses working in Sawerigading General Hospital is 419 people. While the sample in this study amounted to 47 nurses.

The research results obtained that of the three variables related to all namely work workload with a value of p = 0,000 (? = <0,005), stress level with a value of p = 0,000 (? = <0,005) and nurses' attitudes with p = 0,000 (? = <0,005). This means that, of the three variables, it has a significant relationship to nursing care services.

From the results of this study it is expected that the nurse nurses will always maintain and improve performance in workloads, stress levels and nurses' attitudes to carry out nursing care more optimally and better.
