ABSTRACT

Coronavirus Disease 2019 is a disease caused by sars-cov-2 virus infection that attacks the respiratory tract which is highly contagious. Until now this research has not been found a cure for this disease, but now it has been found vaksi that can suppress the rate of spread. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and anxiety of the community in Puncak Indah Village, Malili District, East Luwu Regency against coronavirus disease 2019 vaccination. The method used is the design of a cross sectional approach, which aims to know the relationship between dependent variables and independent variables. Total sampling sampling. Data collection instruments using questionnaires. Analyze data univariate and bivariate using Fisher's Exact Test. The level of trust ? (0.05). The results showed that there was no significant association between people's knowledge levels and COVID-19 vaccinations with p=0.148 > ? (0.05), and there was a significant association between people's anxiety levels and COVID-19 vaccination p=0.001 < ? (0.05). The conclusion in this study is the initial data for further research so it is expected that there will be further research with the same design but different populations and research subjects in adequate quantities as well as for longer research. So it is considered sufficient to see the relationship of the level of knowledge and anxiety of the public to the coronavirus disease vaccination 2019
